Conference & Meeting Rooms
To support meetings or presentations MMO offers its clients professional meeting and conference rooms in different sizes, including full use of presentation and meeting materials.
According to your type of package, each client if offered a certain number of free conference room hours per month. When these hours are used up, a small rate will be charged for use of the facility.
Companies without a contract with MMO may also make use of our meeting or conference rooms, at a slightly higher rate.
Our facilities will offer you a neutral and professional meeting environment.
We have conference and meeting rooms in various sizes. You can book the conference room by the hour, half day or by the day.
With our meeting / conference room use of the following is included:
- Internet connection
- Tea & coffee, water
- Teleconferencing facilities
If requested, MMO can facilitate in food delivery.
